Employees discover the world of photography

Under the guidance of Mr Johannes Heinelt from the Transfer/Communication department, the 14 participants immersed themselves in the basics of photography. The workshops covered essential topics such as the structure of a camera, focal length, exposure, ISO and aperture. After the theoretical part, the participants were able to apply and deepen their newly acquired knowledge in four different lighting scenarios. This initiative emphasises IHD's commitment to the continuous training of its employees and the promotion of creative skills.
