Overview

Within the framework of the holztechnologie publication series, research and development results from the following areas are published at least 4 times a year in the form of selected research reports and specialist articles

• wood science,
• wood-based and composite materials,
• binding agents,
• wood working and processing,
• surface technology and
• furniture.

The printed trade journal holztechnologie was transferred to the digital publication series holztechnologie after issue 4/2022. The holztechnologie series publishes research and development results at least four times a year in the form of selected research reports and specialist articles. Readers can decide for themselves whether they would like to download an entire issue or just individual technical articles for a nominal fee.

In addition to complete research reports, issues will continue to be published with a wide range of specialist articles on research results. Up-to-date information on conferences and trade fairs, specialist publications as well as news from the industry and ineresting facts from teaching and further education round off the spectrum.
Readers are engineers, technicians and decision-makers from the wood and plastics processing industry, the timber industry, woodworking machinery and tool manufacture and wood research.

All technical articles have been reviewed by independent experts.
