11th European TMT Workshop update

For the TMT workshop to be held in Dresden on 2 and 3 March 2023, the early bird discount has been extended until 25 January.
In addition, the lecture programme has been updated: the lecture by N. Summers (AHEC) was unfortunately cancelled, instead P. Klaas (WTT A/S) will perform as a speaker.
